Michio Kushi's Fermented Superfood Complex with preB, Item: SWU547, This is a great product for intestinal health, one of my personal favorites, a fermented superfood, that cannot be found elsewhere. I have no problem recommending for anyone, even you! Although macrobiotics, no longer as popular as it was in the 60's and 70's, I'm glad this product remains. Another product that I think most people can use is a turmeric (curcumin) supplement. There are many good choices on the market but the one I like best is Super Bio-curcumin by Life Extension.
By the way if you are going to take an extra vitamin D you should also take extra vitamin K2. Here is the one I recommend, Carlson K2- 5 mg of K2, which is a much better dose than other brands. If you would like to read an article regarding the importance of K2, here's your chance, quite amazing!

Squatty Potty- forget about extra fiber, water, probiotics, whatever. Just sit and sh*t! Hey, it's even doctor recommended! So what's the problem with our regular potties? Well, they cause us to sit in a position that cramps your "style". Squatty potty "uncramps" us. Like to watch a video to understand this (don't worry, it's not a homemade video)?
