What I would need from you

Before our first consultation I would like a list of the last 3 days of everything you ate, what supplements you take, including brands, and if you are taking any medications.

If you have an area that you are especially concerned about please let me know also. 

Just to remind you, I am not a doctor so please do not expect me to tell you that you should decrease or get off your medications; that is a decision that is made by you and your doctor. Also I do not treat diseases, rather I help clients so that their health improves, and hopefully you can get off all or some of your medications if that is a goal of yours. Again, that would have to be between you and your doctor.
